Ornamental Sketch

This is for today's Sketch challenge which you can see here:
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=402015

I'm still trying to finish up a few Christmas cards, so I went back to my Verve Ornamental Christmas set : ) This time I did some paper piecing with it, in other words, I stamped on a couple different patterned papers and cut out some parts to piece it together like above : ) The paper I used is Basic Gray Wassail. Isn't it pretty : ) I stamped my images with Versafine Onyx black ink, and heat embossed with clear ep. The ornaments are popped up on foam squares, and I added some punched ferns around the sentiment. I put silver brads in the corners and used Moss satin ribbon to hang my ornaments. I hope you like it, and thanks for stopping by!

Ohhh that is sooo pretty, Kerri! I think I ordered that wassail paper too - is that Basic Gray? I was taken with it too. Nice job on this - love the different papers...and the color scheme....so elegant.

Thanks, Michelle! I saw a card that somebody had made with that paper and loved it! I pretty much love Basic Grey in general though : )
