Hello!  I made this gift set for one of my friends who loves my cards : )  She buys a lot of them and recently asked if I had any Christmas thank you cards.  I didn't at the time, but we're heading to her house tomorrow for her son's birthday party, so I thought I would surprise her with this little gift set.  I used the Card Purse instructions on SCS found HERE

This little snowman is an adorable Limited Edition digital image from Your Next Stamp.  I colored him with Copics and used dp from PTI's Rustic Snowflakes paper pad.  The layout for the cards is Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #52.

Don't forget, tomorrow is the LAST DAY to enter the drawing for my BLOG CANDY!!!  Please see THIS POST for the deets : )  Thank you so much for stopping by!

Ornament Exchange!

This is the last week to enter my blog candy!!!  See this post for details!!!

Hello!  I hope you all had a fabby weekend : )  We took the kids to Disney on Friday night to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party.  Everything was decorated so beautifully and I just had to show you a picture of the castle.

Beautiful isn't it?  It would change colors too and I just loved it!  Saturday we had a birthday party and then we took the kids to a nearby small town where they had sledding in the park!  Yes, sledding in Florida in 75 degree weather : )  They also decorate their downtown beautifully and it's just so fun to walk around.  Yesterday I finished my Christmas shopping, YAY!

I do have a project to show you.  Every year my group of friends and I get together for dinner and an ornament exchange.  I thought it would be fun to create a box using the PTI Home Made template and stamp set to house my ornament : )

So fun!  I was seriously giddy while I making this because the template is just so darn awesome!!!  I used 5 PTI sets on this card: Home Made, Tree Trimming Trio, Holiday Button Bits, Christmas Friends, and Signature Christmas!!!  Yes, went a little crazy with PTI this holiday season : )

I'm off to take my youngest to Kindermusik so thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

For my first card I used this new cutie pie~Fitness Fhiona!  I thought it would be fun to add a pocket to the inside so you could include a gift card to a gym or even a sporting goods store!

This would also go perfectly with an exercise equipment gift such as weights or a treadmill, etc!  Love her!!!  I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #51 for my layout : )

Karen also challenged us to make some sort of gift wrap, or gift box, etc.  I chose to make a little bag:

My daughter is a HUGE horse fanatic.  She loves all animals~especially stuffed~but she also loves the Schleich Horses.  She calls them hard horses : )  I bought her a couple for Christmas and thought this would make a perfect little gift bag for them.  Isn't he CUTE!  This is from the Franfou line and all the images are just soooo adorable!!!  I once again used the 2-5-7-10 box template on SCS.

Last I made a simple card that I think would be perfect for a little pirate lover : )  I used this super fun Parrot from the Franfou line and printed a sentiment for the inside that says Happy Birthday Matey!

Ok, you know Karen is going to offer some chances for you to win some FREE stuff, so here are the deets:

This is what I came up with:

I decided to use this newly released image from C.C. Designs called Cocoa Emma.  I downloaded it from All That Scraps.  I used this tutorial from SCS called Box In A Bag.  I thought this would be perfect to put some hot cocoa in and pair it with a festive mug : )  The sentiment is from the PTI set Holiday Button Bits.  I will leave a full recipe below.  Now go check out what the other Divine Divas created!  I'm sure everything is fabulous as usual!!!

Hello!  I was happy when I saw that Julee extended the deadline for the Verve Blog Party Challenges!  I haven't had much of a chance to sit down and play, but I had some time this afternoon : )  First I made a card for the Color Challenge to use Turquoise, Olive, Black, and White.  I actually used PTI Aqua Mist and I threw in a little red so I hope that's ok : )

I used the wreath and sentiment from the Verve set O Christmas Tree.  I just LOVE this font!!!  I used Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #50 for my layout : )  My next project was a gift card holder.  I used this tutorial.

I used the Verve set Poinsettia Christmas for this project and added some greenery using the Martha Stewart Branch Punch.  My final project is this Sketch Challenge:

I used some PTI Rustic Snowflakes dp and the ornament is from Verve's Ornamental Christmas set.  Thank you so much for stopping by today and have a wonderful night!
