Perfect Presentation Holiday Gift Ideas!

Hello!  Today the Perfect Presentation DT is showing off some fabulous holiday gift ideas, so you won't want to miss out!  I can't wait to see what these amazingly clever ladies came up with myself:)  I decided to use one of Leigh Ann's brand new templates called Favor Box II.  I love this template!  I chose to decorate mine like a regular gift box but you can decorate it like a little house (see Leigh Ann's version HERE!)  You can add the roof or leave it off if you'd like.  I chose to add it because I just think it's super cute:)

I have a couple of ornament exchanges coming up next month, so I thought it would be fun to make a little ornament gift box.  I love ornaments, and I especially love Lenox ornaments:)  This cutie was in a box that I picked up at Macy's for 50% on Black Friday.  I cut the box out of SU Cherry Cobbler cs which matches nicely with the Merry Christmas dp from Echo Park Paper Co.  The tree is from the PTI set Tree Trimming Trio and the sentiment is from PTI's Big & Bold Holiday Wishes.  The gorgeous bow is some scumptious May Arts Ivory Silk from Really Reasonable Ribbon!

Well it's time to go get some more inspiration from the rest of the DT!  Just click on their names for more holiday gift ideas:

Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day:)

Have You Made Your Placecards???

No?  Then you need to go grab this Placecard Template from Perfect Presentation!!!  It's only $1.00 and you can cut out your placecards in no time:)

To decorate mine I used some dp from Imaginisce Apple Cider and stamped the leaf image and sentiment from the PTI set Fall Elegance.  I printed the name on the computer and cut out a banner.  That was it!  Very quick and easy:)  We won't be using these for our table, however, because my daughter made some placecards at school:

Pretty cute, huh?  Well, I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a fun Black Friday!  I will be up and at 'em at 3:00 AM.  How about you?  I'll be back Saturday with my Really Reasonable Ribbon post.  Thanks for stopping by...again!

Chris and I are also on the Perfect Presentation DT together and I always love what she does with Leigh Ann's templates!  For this project we both used the awesome Tall Gable Template from Perfect Presentation.  This cutie patootie is from the adorable Ellie Loves to Bake set and I used Cosmo Cricket Mitten Weather dp.  The gorgeous gingham ribbon is May Arts 1.5" Red Gingham and you can find it HERE at Really Reasonable Ribbon!

I couldn't stop with just one project.  I also had to CASE our fearless leader, Karen.  Check out this ADORABLE creation of hers:

Sooooo sweet!  I've been dying to ink up my Skating Fun Fhiona image and here's what I came up with:

Amber Ink's INKredible 21 Day Challenge!

Hello and Happy Tuesday!  Today begins a new challenge at Amber Ink, and this time the challenge is to Wrap It Your Way!  I decided to use this DELISH ipaper~Snowflake Lace Blue Tiny along with my favorite ipaper~Starburst Whisper.

I printed the ipaper onto some fabulous heavy weight PTI white cs, which made a perfect base for my Perfect Presentation Cute Carton Template.  I love it!!!  I printed off this gorgeous snowflake from the 'Tis The Season To Be Pretty set cut it out with some Circle Nestabilities, and added rhinestones for a little bling:)  I then added a band of the Snowflake Lace ipaper and cut a frame for my snowflake with Nestabilities Lacey Circles.  To finish it off I used some GORGEOUS Shimmer Satin Silver Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon!

We hope you'll play along with the INKredible 21 Day Challenge!  Just go HERE to link you creations and you could be one of the top 3 winners!  The top prize is the chance to create your own set with Amber!!!  How cool is that!?!    Thank you so much for stopping by and have a INKredible day:)

Happy Holidays

Hello!  I hope you had a great weekend!  My daughter's soccer game turned out to be a little less of a slaughter than I had predicted because our team played great defense:)  Also, my daughter got the only goal against the other team and she was sooooo excited!!!  We were super proud of her!

I had a very busy crafty weekend.  I had tons of fun playing with Amber Ink images and today I get to show you my first project!  I used the super fabulous set 'Tis The Season To Be Pretty.  The thing I love most about the Amber Ink sets is that they come with so many fun elements~for example this set comes with 13 images!!!  I also found that it's fun to interchange the sets which I will show you with one of my future projects:)

For my card I printed out this gorgeous lady, the tree, and two of the ornaments.  I cut everything out and set up my scene.  I used Basic Grey Jovial dp, but Amber Ink also carries some beautiful ipaper that I used on the rest of my projects.  I will show you my favorite ipaper tomorrow:)  The sentiment comes from the PTI set Signature Christmas.

Well, my kids are out of school this week, and my hubby is home most of the week.  My parents are coming down for Thanksgiving so I'm looking forward to a lot of  family time:)  Thank you so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

PTI Wedding and PTI Holiday

Wow, we had a busy day yesterday!  We started off the morning with a birthday party for my almost 3 year old:)  We thought it would be fun to have a party with his little play group friends while the older kids were at school.  My daughter was a little bummed at first but we promised her we'd have a family party next week on his actual birthday (the 26th:)  Then, after the birthday party, we attended a wedding for one of my really good friends!  It was a long but fun day:)  This is the wedding card that I made for them using the PTI set Big & Bold Wishes.  I used some dp from the Making Memories Wedding paper pad.

Next I have a holiday card using the PTI set Friendship Jar and Friendship Jar Holiday Fillers:

I used lots of fabulous ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon on this card including some GORGEOUS Diamond Satin Red with White Glitter Ric Rac Borders.  I LOVE the Glitter Ric Rac!  It's so beautiful for the holidays!  I also used some of my favorite Cherry Baker's Twine on the button:)  The snowflakes are Martha Stewart Punches-I'm so glad she came out with the larger version this year!

That's it for me.  My daughter has her last soccer game of the season today, and we're playing the best team in the league.  It's going to be a slaughter LOL!  Hopefully they'll still have fun!  Thank you so much for stopping by and enjoy your weekend:)

Masculine Birthday~Sort Of...

Hello!  Today is my day to post on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog, and I am sharing a card I made for my brother in law.   I used this beautiful tree image from the PTI set Through The Trees and added some fab 1.5" Natural Jute Ribbon with some super gorgeous Satin with Grosgrain Edge Moss Ribbon. I was afraid the big bow would take away from the masculinity, but my hubby assured me it was still a masculine looking card:) I have such a hard time making a card without a bow! The sentiment comes from the Verve set Big Wish and the dp is retired SU Autumn Vine DSP.

Thank you so much for stopping by!  My daughter has a soccer game bright and early this morning, and it's actually pretty chilly down here in Florida!  We're going to have to pull out the jackets!  Have a great weekend:)

My Last Divine Diva Inspiration Challenge

I have had so much fun playing with the other fabulous Divas!!!  These ladies are truly inspirational and always so supportive!  Lori is so good at picking out unique and inspirational photos, and this challenge is no exception!  Isn't this owl mug COOL!?!  I immediately thought of this darling image that I have from Rachelle Anne Miller called Hoo Hoo There!  I pulled some of the colors from the mug and made these cuties super colorful:)

The dp is Basic Grey Lemonade and I added a bow/button treatment using some 5/8" Pink Grosgrain Ribbon and some Cotton Candy Baker's Twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The flowers were made with the Die-namics Rolled Flower Die from My Favorite Things and I used this week's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #91.

Make sure you check out what the other Divas created, and if you decide to play along just link your creation to Lori's Blog.  Also if you upload to an online gallery use the tag DDIC

Perfect Presentation Holding Pattern

Hello!  I wanted to share I project I made quickly on Sunday for one of my neighbors:)  She brought my kids some treat bags filled with lots of goodies, and I wanted to give her a little something to reciprocate.

This is a template from Perfect Presentation called Holding Pattern and it is sooooo versatile!  Leigh Ann has designed it so that you can have a 1.5" pocket like the one shown here, a .5" pocket which would be perfect for a note or a gift card, etc. or you can just cut the base for a door hanger.  I have so many ideas for this template!

I really wanted to use my PTI Been Boo'd set one more time, so I used the little ghost and the sentiments from that set.  The dp is PTI Halloween Prints dp.  I also used some Licorice Baker's Twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon to tie around my ribbon and button.  Bonnie sells the Baker's Twine for only $.15 a yard!!!!  You cannot beat those prices!  In the pocket I put some Apple Cider room spray from Bath and Body Works and this bookmark:

I can't stop making them LOL!  I used more Halloween Prints dp and this adorable image that I picked up in the $1.00 bin at Michaels last year.  Ok, well that is definitely the last of my Halloween projects.  Thank you so much for stopping by and have a great hump day!
