TE Sneak Peeks: Gross, You Have to Live with a Boy Now!

Hello! It's Day 1 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions! All of the new products will be available on Thursday,  March 3rd at 7AM PST!

For my first card today, I used the hilarious new set Mr. & Mrs. Grumplings! These sentiments are sure to bring smiles to the new bride and groom's faces:) I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I cut them out with the coordinating Mr. & Mrs. Grumplings Dies and popped them up with foam tape over a panel cut with a Stitched Square Stacklet. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the panel.

The dp I used is Prima Madeline and the layout is MOJO435

For my next card I used the beautiful new Best Wishes Script Die. You can use this sentiment die for so many occasions! I cut my sentiment out of Earl Grey cs and layered over some My Mind's Eye Fiddlesticks dp. I cut the scallop borders using the Stitched Scallop Edger Die and added the sweet flowers using the Mini Bloomers Dies. I also used some Silver Metallic Twine to line either side of the sentiment.

Taylored Expressions Emboss Resist-Better Feel Better

Hello! The Baker's Dozen is playing around with the Emboss Resist Technique this month:) For my card today, I used the TE Graphic Greetings Get Well stamp. I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark onto some watercolor paper and heat embossed with Zing! White Embossing Powder. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers to "paint" over the paper once embossed.

I cut the sentiment out with a Stitched Rectangle Stacklet and then layered over some Fancy Pants Burlap and Bouquets dp. I added the flowers that I cut out of the same dp using the TE Bloomers 1 Dies. Very simple!

We hope you're inspired to give this technique a try! Have fun playing, and have a wonderful Wednesday:)

Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks: Simply Stamped Tulips and Butterfly Swirls Embossing Folder!

Hello! It's Day 3 of sneak peeks from Taylored Expressions and all of the new products will be available tomorrow at 7 AM PST!!!

For my first peek today, I used the gorgeous new set-Simply Stamped Tulips. I used a light pink, coral, and tangerine ink to stamp my tulips, and kiwi and olive ink to stamp the stems. I cut them out with the coordinating Simply Stamped Tulips Dies.

The bg is very simple. I used some Simple Stories I Am dp and cut out the frame using a Pockets and Pages Stitched Essential Die. It is the same layout I used for my card yesterday:) I stamped one of the images from the set directly onto the dp and added a ribbon border. I then popped my image up with foam tape. Very simple but so pretty!

For my next card, I used an adorable new stamp set called Bunny Tails & Happy Trails. I chose this adorable bear image from the set, stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I cut it out with the coordinating Bunny Tails & Happy Trails Die and popped it up with foam tape over a circle cut with a Stitched Circle Stacklet and embossed with the new Butterfly Swirls Embossing Folder.

This embossing folder is so pretty and I also used it on the Lollipop cs layer. I added a banner cut with a Stitched Banner Stacklets Die and the dp I used is Doodlebug Pot O' Gold. Finally, I added the border using the Stitched Scallop Edger once again, and stamped a partial sentiment directly onto the dp. The inside contains another sentiment from the set:
