TE Release Day: Romans 8:31 Bookmark

Hello! It's Release Day at Taylored Expressions which means that all of the new products are available NOW in the TE Store!

For my final project this release, I used the fab new Herringbone Embossing Folder as well as the awesome new Be Still Stamp Set.

I cut the base of my bookmark using a Build a Bookmark Die along with some Blue Corn cs. I then cut the Toffee layer using the Mark Your Spot Bookmark Die. I embossed the Toffee layer with the new Herringbone Embossing Folder and added some Pebbles Warm & Cozy dp to the bottom.

I stamped the verse from Be Still using some new Blue Corn Ink and cut it out with a Stitched Oval Stacklets Die. Finally, I added some twine and some TE Harvest Sequins and it was complete!

Thanks for stopping by! If you'd like to see more projects and new product information, please head over to the TE Blog for a complete list of our participating designers! Happy Shopping!

TE Sneak Peeks: Initially Home Decor!

Hello! It's Day 3 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions and all of the new products will be available tomorrow at 7 AM PDT!

I have several projects to share with you today using the new Initially Letter Dies! First, I created a couple of frames for my kiddos:

To add dimension, I cut the Initially Letters A and C out of Sugar Cube cs 6 times and layered them together. I then added the top layer of dp. I found a two pack of frames at a local craft store, and simply added some dp under the mat and adhered the letter on top. I took the glass out and it was a super simple project!

I used dp that coordinates with their rooms. For the A I used American Crafts Plus One and for the C I used Pebbles Warm & Cozy.

For my next project I made a fun little holiday sign. I used the Initially Letters H, O, M, E and once again cut them out several times to add dimension. The dp I used is Simple Stories DIY Christmas. I found the wood sign at a local craft store and white washed it. I added my letters and stamped a sentiment on the bottom using some Oreo Ink and a sentiment from the In & Out Christmas Stamp Set.

Finally, I made a fun little Halloween block sign using the smaller letters that come with the Initially Letter Dies. I spray painted the wood blocks black, and then added some Echo Park Apothecary dp. I cut more dp out using a Stitched Circle Stacklets Die and then added my letters. I then applied decoupage glue and it was complete! Another quick and easy project:)

TE Sneak Peeks: Monogrammed Notecard Set

Hello! It's Day 2 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions, and all of the new products will be available on Thursday, November 3rd at 7AM PDT!

For my project today, I created a set of notecards using the new Noteworthy Stamp Set, the Notable Blooms Background Stamp, and one of the new Initially Letter Dies. These make such a great gift and they were so easy to put together!

I used the Notable Blooms Background Stamp and some Lemon Meringue Ink to stamp a piece of Sugar Cube cs. I added some black and white striped dp to the bottom and a piece of ribbon to separate the two. I used the new Noteworthy Stamp Set to stamp the "from the desk of" sentiment and cut it out with a Stitched Circle Stacklet. I cut the "K" using one of the new Initially Letter Dies and some Oreo cs.

I decorated some coordinating envelopes using the Little Bits-Bumble Bee Die.

I packaged my cards and envelopes in one of the TE Clear Card Boxes, and cut the band using the new Noteworthy Belly Band. Doesn't that look like a fabulously packaged gift?!
