Hello! It's Day 2 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions and all of the new products will be available on Thursday, May 4th at 7 AM PST!
For my first peek today, I used a super fun and adorable new set called Space Cadet along with the fab new Pinhole Star Stacklets and the awesome new Twinkle Twinkle Background Stamp. I am loving how versatile the Twinkle Twinkle Background is! I used it to stamp my stars using Sugar Cube Ink on Oreo cs. I then cut out my "planet" using a Stitched Circle Stacklets Die out of Candy Corn cs. I embossed it with the On the Spot Embossing Folder and then sponged around it with Pumpkin Ink.
I stamped these adorable astronauts using Oreo Ink, colored with Copic Markers, and cut them out with the coordinating Space Cadet Dies. I popped them up with foam tape over my planet and then added the sentiment that I cut with a Stitched Banner Stacklets Die. Finally, I added the fun stars cut with the new Pinhole Star Stacklets out of Buttercream Frosting cs and sponged with Lemon Meringue Ink. Such a fun card!
For my next card I used the new Simply Said-4th of July Stamp Set along with the Pinhole Star Stacklets once again:
I stamped the sentiment from Simply Said-4th of July with Blue Corn Ink and cut it out with a Stitched Circle Stacklets Die. I then sponged around the sentiment with Sprinkles Ink. I layered that over the large star cut out of Cherry Pop cs with a Star Stacklets Die, and then framed with a star cut out of Sprinkles cs with a Pinhole Star Stacklets Die. I love how they layer perfectly together!
The dp is from the TE 6x6 Summer Nights Paper Pack and the scalloped border was cut using the Stitched Scallop Edger Die out of Sugar Cube cs. To finish it off I added some Cherry Pop Enamel Shapes.
