Hello again! My hubby took my 4 y.o. and 21 month old to the store with him, and the house is so peaceful so I thought I would make another card today! I wanted to make a card for this week's Mojo Monday sketch, and for this week's There She Goes Challenge to create your own dp. This adorable image is from Whipper Snapper, and I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copics. I decided to cut it out, stamp the image again and pop the colored one up on foam squares. I sponged around the image using Ranger Antique Linen Distress Ink while using my Nestabilities as a mask for the outer edge. I did the same with the rectangle panels. The little spider is a Hero Arts image, and the bats were punched with a Martha Stewart Punch. For my "dp" I stamped the the background image from Verve's Wishful Elegance with Pumpkin Pie onto Pumpkin Pie. I used some corduroy ribbon, and zigzag stitching to complete it! That wishful elegance makes a gorgeous background. So perfect. I wish you could come give me sewing lessons. Or just come sew on cards for me when I need it! I love this Halloween card!
