Perfect Presentation Release!!!

Hello!  I am so excited about these two new templates from Leigh Ann Baird!!!  She has outdone herself once again, and produced two totally awesome and flawless designs : )  First let me introduce you to Gift To Go:
Isn't it awesome!!!  This is Leigh Ann's version of a take out box.  It uses 2 sheets of cs to put together and is quite roomy!  I love how she made the top~the tab just slides into a slit to close.  You can opt to put wire or ribbon for the handle.  Here is a side view:

Leigh Ann also includes templates for the decorative mats which makes it so easy!  Can you tell I love it : )

The next new template is called Treat Box and the design is so cool!

I just adore the circular shape of the lid front, and thought a big paper bloom would look fabulous : )  The other totally awesome thing about this box is how Leigh Ann designed the lid to stay closed without ribbon:

When you fold the lid down, that piece of cs keeps it securely shut!

Here it is closed without the ribbon.  Such a fabulous design!!!    You can buy these awesome templates at the Wild Flower Patch Store HERE.  I will leave full recipes below and make sure you check out what the other members of the Perfect Presentation DT did with these awesome new templates!

Hello!  There is a new challenge on Splitcoast called Free For All.  They are going to change it up each week, so it should be a lot of fun!  Today's challenge was to add texture to your cards.  We were also supposed to use at least one color we don't often use, and patterned paper was optional.  I decided to ink up this adorable image from The Greeting Farm Miss Anya Love set.  I don't often use Rose Red or Cameo Coral, and the dp is Raspberry Tart DSP.  I added texture with my CB Swiss Dots EF, the ribbon, and the pearls, and the layout is Mojo 127.  I will leave a full recipe below!  Thank you so much for stopping by today : )

Final Viva la Verve Card for February!

Hello!  I hope you are all enjoying your weekend!  We have had gorgeous weather, so we have spent some time playing : )  I started this card last night, but had to run to Joann's today after church to pick up some purple ribbon!  I finally got it done and this is what I came up with:

I chose this inspiration photo.  I just love this linen napkin with the white flower, and I think it looks gorgeous with this plum colored plate!  Here is my card:
I decided to heat emboss this gorgeous bloom from the Verve set Abundant Blessings.  I stamped each layer of the flower with VersaMark and embossed with white ep onto some Kraft cs.  I cut it out with Circle Nestabilities and added some stitching.  I also added some embossing to the white panel using my Scor-Pal.  The stem comes from the PTI set Floral Fusion, and the sentiment from the PTI set Fall Elegance.  I hope you like it and thank you so much for stopping by!

Viva la Verve!!!

Hello!  I was able to catch up on my February Viva la Verve cards : )  Here is the inspiration photo I chose from week 2:
I seriously ADORE this porch~minus the duck picture LOL!  Here is my card:

I used this gorgeous silhouette from the Verve set Because of you, and added a butterfly from the Verve set Beautiful Kindness.  I stamped the butterfly onto some coordinating dp from Making Memories Chloe's Closet, and cut it out.  Here is the picture I chose for week 3:

Isn't it just GORGEOUS!!!  I always say I would love to have like 7 houses that I could decorate all different ways!  Sometimes I love color, sometimes I love whitewashed walls.  Sometimes I like fancy and modern, sometimes I like distressed country!  Distressed and comfortable is my all time favorite style, so I will have to stick with that until we win the lottery hahaha!  Ok, onto my card:

I used the beautiful Verve set Accent Notes and dp from Basic Grey Eva.  I will leave full recipes below!  Thank you so much for stopping by again : )

Happy Valentine's Weekend!

Hello!  I've been a lazy blogger the last couple of days :)  I've actually been trying to learn more about svg files, SCAL, and the Cricut Expression.  I'm so technologically illiterate it isn't even funny LOL!  Soooo after getting very excited about all the things you can do, I purchased the Cricut Expression on ebay : )  I can't wait to get it and the SCAL program and start playing!!!  If anybody has any good tips I would love to hear them!  I thought I would share a couple of cards that I made for the last two sketch challenges on SCS but never posted them here:

For the first one, I used this super adorable image from Belles 'n Whistles called Beary Big Hugs.  Soooo CUTE!  The sentiment is from the Verve set Thankful Hearts, and the dp is My Mind's Eye Bloom & Grow.

For my second card I used the flower from the Verve set Love's Flower once again.  I stamped it several times on different patterns of SU Bella Rose DSP and cut out the layers.  The sentiment is from the Verve set Accent Notes.

I can't wait to start watching some Olympics today and tomorrow is the Daytona 500 Woot, Woot!!!  Have a wonderful weekend and thank you so much for stopping by!

Hello!  I was able to play along with the Featured Stamper Challenge on SCS today : )  The FS this week is Barbara a.k.a. Bar.  Her gallery is AMAZING!!!  I drooled over several cards before settling on THIS adorable one!  I used the exact same layout and dp as she did.  I changed up the image, using this adorable Ella Lollipop from Stamping Bella.  I omitted the sentiment, added zigzag stitching, layered the flowers a little differently, and used Labels 8 Nesties.  Overall, the card is very similar~thus totally CASE'd : )

I also wanted to give you guys a heads up on a contest that Karen~the owner of Your Next Stamp~is having on her blog.  Karen says that YNS is going PURPLE, and she wants you to e-mail her your guess as to what that means!  You could win $10 in YNS bucks!!! Check out her blog for the deets and thank you so much for stopping by!

PTI Emboss Resist

Hello again : )  Today's Papertrey Ink Anniversary Challenge is to use the Emboss Resist Technique.  I decided to make a very simple CAS card to fit the challenge.  Not sure about this one, but I do love the color combo!  I used the awesome PTI set Blooming Button Bits, stamped the image with VersaMark and embossed with white ep (I don't have any clear!)  I then cut it out with a Rectangle Nestability and while keeping the Nestie in place I sponged around the image with Spring Moss.  I then added some flowers punched with my EK Success Retro Flower Punches out of Hibiscus Burst and Raspberry Fizz.  The border was punched with my SU Scallop Trim Border Punch.  Simple, huh?!  Let me know what you think because I know I am no expert when it comes to CAS lol!  Thank you so much for stopping by!
