All That Scraps Guest Designer Week 2!

Hello!  Well it's Monday again which means they are featuring one of my projects on the All That Scraps Blog HERE.  This week I used the new Halloween Birgitta along with the Swiss Pixies Halloween Scene to create this super fun card!  I had a blast making this, and isn't this little witch the CUTEST???  Here's a close up:
