Taylored Expressions April Sneak Peeks: Heard You Got a Boo Boo

10:00 AM 2 Comments

Hello! It's Day 1 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions! Taylor has several new products that are all about mom and graduates and more! All of the new products will be available on Thursday, April 6th at 7AM PST! Today I have a couple of peeks for those feeling a little under the weather.

My first project uses the previously released Matchbox Dies along with the new Listen to Your Heart Stamp Set and the Little Bits-Bandage Dies.

I put my matchbox together using some Cherry Pop cs along with some dp from the TE Summer Nights 6x6 Paper Pack. I then stamped the sentiment from Listen to Your Heart with some Blue Corn Ink onto some Sugar Cube cs and then sponged around it with Sprinkles Ink. I layered it with the scalloped frame from the Matchbox Die Set that I cut out of Blue Corn cs.

I put my bandages together using more Blue Corn cs and some Sprinkles cs, and put them inside my matchbox. So cute!

For my next project, I used the Listen to Your Heart Stamp Set once again, along with the new Pitcher Vase Dies and the new Bloomers 6 Dies. I began by cutting my vase out of Sugar Cube cs and then adding some Vellum to the open center. I stamped my sentiment directly onto the vellum using Oreo Ink and set it with a heat gun. I then put my flowers together using Lollipop, Strawberry Milkshake, and Lemon Meringue cs. The leaves were cut using Bloomers Greenery Dies along with Peapod and Sweet Basil cs.

To frame my image, I used the Lattice Frame Cutting Plate to cut a piece of Peapod cs, then cut a piece of Rainbow Brights dp for the oval insert. I layered that over a Sugar Cube base and added a few sequins. Loving the new flower dies!

Taylored Expressions Release Day: Loads of Love

10:00 AM 0 Comments

Hello! It's Release Day at Taylored Expressions which means that all of the new products are available NOW in the TE Store!

I have a couple more cards to share with you today, and the first uses this super fun new die set called Spin Cycle along with the new Spin Cycle Sentiments Stamp Set. I started by cutting my washer and dryer out of Sugar Cube, Poppy Seed, and Earl Grey cs. I turned my washing machine into a shaker card and added some clothing using the Little Bits Clothing Confetti Die. The floor was cut out of some TE Build a Scene dp and the wall is a piece of Sprinkles cs embossed with the new Subway Tiles Embossing Folder.

I added the laundry basket that I cut with the Little Bits Laundry Basket Die and filled it with more clothes. Finally, I stamped a sentiment from Spin Cycle Sentiments and cut it out with a Stitched Banner Stacklets Die. The little heart is a Lollipop Enamel Shape.

For my next card I used the There's No Place Like Home Stamp Set along with the new Little Bits House Die. I stamped the sentiments with Oreo Ink onto Sugar Cube cs. I then added the house that I cut out of some TE Build a Scene dp, some Oreo cs, and some Potato Chip cs that I sponged with Lemon Merigue Ink for the "glow" in the windows.

The background is more Sprinkles cs that I embossed with the Subway Tiles Embossing Folder-just LOVE this new folder:) Finally, I added some grass cut with the Grass Border Die out of Peapod cs and a frame cut out of Oreo cs using a Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 Die. Such a super cute concept!
