Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks: Holiday Arbor Accessories and Ornament Overlays/Accessories

Hello! It's Day 1 of Sneak Peeks from Taylored Expressions and this release is all about Winter/Christmas! I have had soooo much fun with all of the new products, and I know you will too! Everything you see will be available on Thursday, October 1st at 7AM PST!

 For my first card, I used the festive new Holiday Arbor Accessories Dies! These dies coordinate with the previously released Garden Arbor and Gate Dies and the Arbor Fence Dies. The new Holiday Arbor Accessories include the adorable garlands, wreath, bows, and lamp post that I used on my card. I also used the new Little Bits Snowman Dies and a Build a Scene Rolling Hills Die to complete my scene:) I stamped a sentiment from the previously released stamp set-Baby It's Cold Outside, and cut it out with a Banner Stacklets 2 Die. So much fun!

For my next card, I used the beautiful new Ornament Overlays and Ornament Accessories Dies! I cut my overlays out of Sweet Basil, Cupcake, and Mulled Wine cs. I layered them over circles cut with Sugar Cube cs. I added some rhinestones because I LOVE ornaments with bling:) They just sparkle under the Christmas tree lights! I cut the tops of the ornaments using the Ornament Accessories Dies and some Metallic Neutrals cs. I hung them with some Silver Metallic Twine over a Toffee panel that I embossed with the Bead Board Embossing Folder. The strip of dp is from the new Build a Scene Christmas Paper Pack. I added another ornament that I cut out of Salt Water Taffy cs and the sentiment is from the new In & Out Christmas stamp set.

Taylored Expressions Die Focus: Mason Jar Glass and Lid

Hello! I'm still having fun making Halloween cards, so I'm back with another one using the Taylored Expressions Mason Jar and Lid Dies along with the adorable Halloween Doodles stamp set! 

I cut the mason jar out of Earl Grey cs and the lid out of Oreo cs. I stamped the spider web and spider image with Memento Tuxedo Black directly onto the jar. I then stamped the pumpkin image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I cut it out and popped both images up over a panel embossed with the Tangled Webs Embossing Folder. The dp I used is from the TE Hocus Pocus and Build a Scene Halloween Paper Packs. The sentiment is from the Little Bits of Halloween stamp set.

Taylored Expressions Pinterest Inspiration: Boo to You!

Hello! I wanted to share a simple little Halloween card I created using some inspiration from the TE Pinterest Boards! I chose this fab card by Wanda Guess HERE! I love how she added the fun banner which was just perfect for this week's Share Joy Challenge! 


For my card I used the adorable stamp set Peek-A-Boo Pumpkins! I stamped the pumpkins using orange and green ink (I masked the areas that weren't being stamped and used my stamp-a-ma-jig to align the pumpkin base with the stem. Using the Share Joy Sketch this week, I cut the pumpkins out using the coordinating Peek-A-Boo Pumpkins Dies and popped the pumpkins up over some Toffee cs embossed with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder. I then stamped a sentiment from Peek-A-Boo Pumpkins onto a Label Stacklets 7 Die. The cute banner was added using the new Skinny Mini Party Border Dies and the dp is from the TE Hocus Pocus Paper Pack.

I got all of my Halloween decorations out today and several fall decorations so I'm getting very excited for the upcoming holidays!
