Hello! How was your Thanksgiving? Ours was really nice. My family came down earlier in the week and we celebrated Carson's 6th birthday, then cooked Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. We got some shopping done on Friday, and got Christmas decorations out yesterday. I've also been working a lot at Home Goods so I feel extra busy these days:) I have made time to get in my stamp room and have been working on projects for the Taylored Expressions release! Sneak peeks begin on Tuesday!
Today I have a card to share using the beautiful Damask Flourishes Die Set. I really wanted to try the inlay technique (I think that's what it's called) when you cut the shape out of a panel like I did with the gray dp, then I cut the flourishes out of black cs and fit them into the negative space like a puzzle piece. It makes the panel smooth and looks really cool like a wood inlay. I used the Label Stacklets 4 Dies to cut out my center panel, then simply added the bow and a cute charm that I cut with a Key to my Heart Die. The dp I used is My Mind's Eye Cupid's Arrow.
Thanks for stopping by today! I'll be back with my first two Petite-a-Palooza projects on Tuesday! You won't want to miss out on these adorable stamp sets and they all come with coordinating dies-LOVE!!! Have a wonderful Sunday:)
Kerri
