Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks: Poinsettia Bouquet Die and Little Bits Holly

Hello! It's Day 2 of peeks from Taylored Expressions! All of the new products will be available on Thursday, October 2nd at 10 AM PST:)

For my first project today I used a previously released set called Poinsettia Bouquet along with the new coordinating Poinsettia Bouquet Die. I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I put it over a panel that was cut with Label Stacklets 6 Dies and embossed with the TE Zig Zag Embossing Folder. The bg was embossed with the fabulous new Sheet Music Embossing Folder. I stamped the sentiment onto a new Label Stacklets 9 Die. Here's a close up:


I added some Stardust Stickles to the centers for a little shimmer which every Christmas card needs, don't you think?


Next up I have a set of tags that I made with a new sentiment set called Little Bits of Christmas along with the new Little Bits Holly Die! 

 The tag base was cut with a Tag Stacklets 2 Die and I lined the bottom with some Gingerbread Lane dp. I stamped the sentiments with green and red ink and added some ribbon. The circular panel was embossed with a snowflake using the Winter Flurry Embossing Folder and the holly was cut with Red Hot and Grass Green Taylored Felt. I also used the Tag Reinforcements Dies to make my hole and added some ribbon and twine to the top. So festive!

For my project today, I used this super fun cut file that I found in the Silhouette Online Store called 3D Halloween Scene Boo Box. This is just perfect to fill with goodies for our neighbors this year:) The file came with the spooky tree image, the bat, and the sentiment, but to put it over the top I used this FABULOUS zombie image from the SugarPea Designs set Undying Love!



I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I then fussy cut her and added her to my scene. I think my neighbors will love it!

Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks: Deck the Halls and Woodland Winter Dies

Hello! It's Release Week at Taylored Expressions, and all of the new products will be available on Thursday, October 2nd at 7AM PST! 

My first peek today features a couple of images from the new set Deck the Halls! I just love these adorable penguins! I stamped the small penguin first, then masked him to stamp the larger penguin. I colored the images with Copics and cut them out with a Circle Nestability. I added some Stardust Stickles for a little sparkle and some snowflakes that were cut with the TE Make a Snowflake Dies. I added some Gingerbread Lane Sequins to the centers.


Did you notice the fun dp? This is a new paper pack from TE called Gingerbread Lane! I also used some Peapod, Strawberry Milkshake, and Chocolate Truffle coordinating cs. I stamped the image onto a banner cut with a Banner Stacklets 1 Die and I also used these dies to cut the banners along the side. The layout I used is Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 231.


Next up I used an older set called Woodland Winter with the new Woodland Winter Dies! I stamped the images with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I cut them out (the fox and owl with the new dies, and the tree and branch were hand cut) and popped them up over a panel that was cut out of Salt Water Taffy cs and embossed with the new Winter Flurry Embossing Folder-LOVE!!! The snowy hill was cut with a Build a Scene Rolling Hills Die and I added some Gingerbread Lane Sequins to the tree. The dp I used comes from the Gingerbread Lane Paper Pack.
